Sitara Play contains mature content meant only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or watch any content. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that viewing such content is legal where you live.

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep access to your phone secure. Accounts are for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.

• We offer prepaid plans of fixed duration (for example 3 days, 15 days, 1 month or 3 months). Current plans and prices are shown on the subscription page.
• Your plan starts as soon as payment is confirmed and ends automatically at the end of its duration. Plans do not auto-renew — you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
• If you buy a new plan while one is still active, the new duration is added to your remaining time.
• We may change plan prices or features in future; changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any plan, for any reason, including unused days, change of mind or partial use.
• Since plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — the plan simply ends at the end of its duration.
• If money was deducted but your subscription was not activated, email support@sitaraplay.com with your mobile number and transaction details and we will activate your plan after verification. Payments that fail at the bank or gateway are reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider as per their timelines.

Content on Sitara Play is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly screen or resell any content, bypass any security measure, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

All videos, images, text, logos and other material on the service belong to Sitara Play or its content partners and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content in the catalogue may be added or removed at any time. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
